  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoon
  • Corn flour 1 1/2 tea spoon
  • Rice flour flour 1 1/2 tea spoon
  • Maida / All purpose flour 1 1/2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
  • Chili powder 1 tea spoon
  • Salt pinch as per taste
  • Lemon 1 tea spoon
  • Small Onions
  • Spring onions
  • Capsicum
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Soy Sauce
  • Green Chilies 2
  • Tomato
  • Coriander & Curry Leaves

How to Make Chicken Manchurian Step by Step

To make Manchurian in restaurant style follow this steps by step to price nice and tasty recipe at your home. First you have to follow the steps to make chicken kabab in just few minutes.

  1. Start with chicken take 1/2 kg boneless chicken and wash it cleanly.
  2. Take this chicken in to separate bowl and add 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric  and add small pinch of salt and mix this will give nice chicken taste.
  3. Add 1 tea spoon of ginger & garlic paste, 1 & 1/2 tea spoons of rice flour, corn flour, maida flour/all purpose flour.
  4. To make spicy Manchurian recipe chili powder is very important ingredient add 1 spoon of chili powder to it.
  5. Take one egg and add to this and mix well this paste with the chicken.
  6. Now add 1 tea spoon of lemon juice mix this well and keep this in freezer for few minutes.
  7. After that the next step is to prepare kabab.
  8. Heat 1/2 liter cooking oil in kadai, after well heating dip chicken in oil and make nice kabab.
  9. Continue same fry in oil all the chickens and take nice chicken kaba.
  10. Once it is done next have to prepare Manchurian, keep ready ingredients as mentioned ( Ketchups, Onions,  Capsicum, chilies, Coriander & curry leaves).
  11. Heat pan add 3 spoons of oil then add small chopped onions, tomato, capsicum and cook in low flame by mixing.
  12. Add spring onions, curry leaves, green chilies, pinch of salt as per taste and fry well until light brown color
  13. Now add 2 teaspoons of Tomato ketchup and soy sauce mix and cook well.
  14. Once it is done now add chicken kabab and mix the recipe well in low flame crispy, hot and tasty Manchurian is ready to serve.

Chicken Manchurian Recipe Quick Method

This recipe can also prepare in just few steps fast and quick method just mixing with ready made chicken kabab powder of Aachi chicken kabab powder or Teju chicken kabab powder. Skip all flours & ginger garlic paste add only pinch of salt for taste and little chili powder for spicy  mix with egg. Continue other steps and make the recipe.
