- Basmati rice 2 cups
- Boiled eggs 4
- Green chilies 2
- Tomato 1 cup

How to prepare egg recipe
For making egg biryani we have to boil eggs and prepare it as roasted as show in picture to start this take 4 eggs pour some water and boil the eggs.
Next step preparation once egg is boiled now switch on the stove take a pan or tava heat in medium flame add 1 tea spoon of oil.
Cut the boiled eggs in to half slices and place in tava and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric and chili powder pinch and do medium roast. Keep it aside roasted eggs we can mix this to rice later.
How to make egg biryani in pressure cooker step by step
- Switch on the stove and place pressure cooker heat and add some oil and 1 spoon of ghee.
- Then add spices – cassia bark & clove and 2 spoon of ginger garlic paste mix well in low flame till fragrant.
- Now add chopped 1 cup onion and 1 cup tomatoes, green chilies and mix well and saute.
- Add red chili powder, biryani masala, turmeric mix well and saute add salt as per the taste.
- Also add mint leaves, coriander leaves mix all and heat well.
- Next step is add 1 cup curd and 2 spoons of lemon.
- Now we have add rice basmati rice or any rice as your preference wash well and soak in water for sometime.
- Add 2 cups of rice and 3 to 4 cups of water in same rice cup size also now check and add if required salt.
- Close the pressure cooker and allow to cook in high flame for 2 whistles.
- After 2 whistles switch off the stove and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Next after 10 minutes open the cooker mix well the rice then take the boiled roasted eggs mix it in the rice.
