Fish fry with rava is very good and tasty non vegetarian food you can prepare more easily at home. Fish has more  health benefits to our body and especially for eyes, improves our eye sight.   • Ginger garlic paste
  • Turmeric  powder 1 tea spoon.
  • Chili powder
  • Lemon
  • Salt as per taste

How to make fish fry recipe step by step

  1. Wash the fishes gently and cleanly in water before starting.
  2. Then take bowl add ginger gastric paste 2 spoon, 1 tea spoon of turmeric.
  3. Fish recipe will be more spicy if you add more chili powder take 2 to 3 spoon of chili powder.
  4. Along with this take one egg add in this bowl and mix it well, to thick paste.
  5. After mixing add some salt as per the taste and mix until it becomes thick paste, add 1/2 tea spoon lemon.
  6. Now apply this paste to the fishes and spread it.
  7. Keep fish aside for few minutes in refrigerator masala paste will absorbs in fishes and gives you nice taste.
  8. After 30 minutes take fishes out from refrigerator and now apply the rava on fishes one by one.
  9. Apply rava on fish take some rava in plate pour rava on fish and spread, also refer below image to spread rava in fish.
  10. Take some oil to fry fish heat the oil gently and dip the fishes one by one and gently fry it in medium flame.
  11. Cooking in low flame rava will not become more brownish. Allow one side to cook gently then turn once side is cooked completely.
  12. Once both side is cooked well take it out from the oil
  13. Rava fish recipe is ready and serve in a plate nice and spicy home made rava fish.

Tips for making fish fry recipe

Preparing fry recipe in two different methods you can prepare as per the ingredient above or if you want to make even fast with ready made mix fish masala powder. Buy fishes in morning you will get fresh fishes in the market instead of fishes which is kept in freezer for long time. If you want to fry on tawa without dipping in oil, add some oil in tawa heat and add fish and do deep fry.
