- Cauliflower 250 gm
- Ginger garlic paste
- Chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Manchurian powder or kebab powder or (Corn flour & all purpose flour)
- Egg 1
- Salt as per taste
- Tomato ketchup
- Soy Sauce
- Green chilies
- Curry & Coriander leaves
- Spring onions
How to make Gobi Manchurian recipe step by step
- First we have to clean cauliflower gently in hot water boil hot water cut cauliflower in to small pieces add and boil in water soak well and clean all dirty layer.
- After cleaning its neatly take this in to the fresh bowl.
- Making paste for recipe add Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon.
- Add 1 tea spoon of all flours corn flour, rice flour, 1 tea spoon chili powder or you can add any ready made mix Gobi powder which comes with mix of flours.
- Add pinch of salt as per the taste.
- Mix well all this by adding egg in to this you can mix with adding water but adding egg gives more tasty.
- If your going for ready made powders you can skip of ingredients of flours, just add powder little salt & chili for spicy and mix egg.
- Make a paste and add cauliflowers in to it and mix well.
- You can increase ingredients as per the quantity of cauliflower.
- Keep this in refrigerator for few minutes it absorbs this paste and gives good taste.
- Heat oil in a kadai add cauliflower and deep fry in oil.

- After completing this now we have to prepare Manchurian with crispy.
- Take a pan add 2 spoon of oil light heat and add onion, chopped onions, capsicum, green chilies, spring onions.
- Fry well add some curry leaves mix well.
- Now take 3 spoons tomato ketchup & 2 tea spoon soy sauce add and mix. Add little salt if required.
- Mix well and now your Gobi Manchurian recipe or cauliflower recipe is ready to serve with your favorite food.
